Beast official cheering towel

First of all, happy new year everyone!! As always, my blog died during the end of Semester 2 and it starting up again at the start of the year. I'm gonna try to keep it alive this year!! Someone slap me if I don't. Or if I go missing without notice.

I think that I will be changing the scheduling of the posts to once a week (little baby steps xD), although I haven't really decided on a day yet. The day will be decided once I get my university timetable and I'll pick a day that isn't too busy. But until that happens (mid-February), I'll just be posting maybe Sunday/Monday (: But more on the site updates in another post.

This post is gonna be a quick post about the Beast official slogan cheering towel. I'm sure you guys have seen this already, it's been around for like 2 years or something? And you always see fans in the crowd at music shows and concerts waving them.

These towels are just like other KPop ones, they come in these fancy zipped pouches, usually with the group logo on it. And they have a sheet of (tracing?) paper in the middle so that when you fold the towel, it doesn't smudge and imprint on the other side.

I have a few of these towels so I put a twist tie through all the hoops of the zips,twist an end to make a loop and just hang it above my vanity desk on a hook (:

Official Midnight Sun Button set

And I'm back! So sorry that I left without notice! My workload for both university and work just increased at the same time and I was feeling myself stressing more than I should so I spent a lot of time on studying. I haven't even been seeing friends and barely see my boyfriend unless I meet people to study with D:

But anyways! With my 21st birthday just past and me feeling very old, I think I should hurry up and finish my birthday presents from last year! This is another present from Jeanny, another gift from the Midnight Sun set. This time, it's just buttons/badges.

As you can see, I have not opened it yet. Because Jeanny wrote on the shrink wrap and I don't really have a use for these buttons even if I did open them so like, yeah, I don't see the harm of leaving them in the packaging? xD But that does mean that I can't give a detailed review. But buttons are buttons, what more do you need to know? xD I've put a ruler in the picture (cm) for you to see the sizes of the buttons - that are fairly big.

This following week is midsemester break so I will try to find time to post. I'll try to post more than just Tuesday and Friday so that I can quickly get up to date with the posts on my to-do list, but no promises!

This is the last of the birthday presents from last year. Expect a new post next Tuesday! :D

And to those in Australia, I'm sorry but I won't be attending XIA's concert tomorrow because of various reasons. But I hope that you guys do go and support him! Have fun tomorrow! Let the world of KPop know that we exist and love their artists so more will come down! =D

Official Midnight Sun L-holder set

So I'm not sure how many of you guys know that CUBE released a lot of official goods during the Midnight Sun period, including holder sets, ear plugs, photo clips, and everything! I'll be posting about all the ones I have! But the others won't come for a long while ><

So for the Midnight Sun sets, it's gonna have its own tag in case people want to see them all in one section. And I'll be naming them the way they are named on the products. So these are just regular A4-sized clearfiles that you have seen many times before. They had one for Welcome Back To Beast Airline concert merchandise (that I didn't end up blogging about OTL). I think the 'L' in the name stands for large? There's a set of six, one for each member. I actually use the KPop clearfiles a lot at uni, but I haven't gotten around to using these ones yet because I need to finish using the Infinite Second Invasion Evolution ones first ><

The pictures on the clearfiles at like the rest of the Midnight Sun goods, just the boys being sexy in a pool of water. Yum. Yes.

A big thank you to Jeanny for getting me this (along with heaps of other stuff) for my birthday last year!!

KPop "shrine"

So let's kick-off my getting-back-into-regular-blogging by posting what my current KPop "shrine" or collection looks like. It's nothing impressive. It's not really KPop so to speak either. As people who already know me would know, I'm not, and have never been, an avid "KPop" fan. I merely follow my bias groups very super extremely hardcorely xDD

Three years ago, it was only Beast things that I bought, despite having SS501 as a bias group. I was a poor high school student of course. Eventually, Infinite got dragged into it. And then I also impulse-buy SS501 and 4minute things here and there. But obviously seen from the pictures, the collection is just basically every Beast and Infinite thing in existence xDDD I used to wonder why I had no money, and then I take a look and remember why xD But these days, I'm feelin' rich because both groups don't release too many things and I earn more than I used to 3 years ago so when both groups happen to decide to comeback at the same time - killing my life and bank account, I am ready. /coughlikenowcough

I don't know if I ever took pictures of how my collection when it was only Beast used to look like, but it used to be this tiny little section in my mini bookshelf. It easily grew out of it. This part used to my like a massive Yu-Gi-Oh! shrine that I've built since 2003ish over the years. I've sadly packed those things away to make room for the Beastfinite xD

At first, I really had trouble arranging the albums. If they were the same size then it'd be easy, but then KPop doesn't make it that easy for you. So I didn't know whether to organise it by size, or by colour, or whatever. In the end, I organised it in chronological order of release Korean then Japanese, the more towards the Beast lightstick, the more recent.

The top part is really messy and unorganised. It's really just for things I don't know where else to put. The left is just old magazines - which by the way, I stopped buying because I don't really read magazines anymore at all. Oh, unless they're full must-haves like Beast in that Elle Girl magazine that I'm sure every B2UTY knows of by now? xD I never got around to blogging about that magazine, if people want me to blog about it, comment or something and I'll take it off not-end-up-blogging list xD The things on the right side are just old boxes from Seasons Greetings andstuff like that. And then there's the boxes from the Beautiful Show 2012 merchandises that I don't really wanna throw out either xD There's also the box for the tumbler mug from Infinite's Second Invasion Evolution merchandise - that I still use btw xD

The back boards are kind of blank, I know, I've been telling myself to buy poster stick-its thingoes but never got around to it LOL And yeah, Hard to Love, How to Love and Destiny aren't there yet because I took the photos just now. I'll get those two on Monday during my break at uni, and I'll probably get the 4minute and BTOB official lightsticks too if they're still in-stock. I wanted to get them for a while but been busy with uni then work, etc. I'd like to be prepared for the time I cheer for 4minute (again) and BTOB. Also, if you guys read my post about the Beast lightstick, then if 4minute and BTOB have just as awesome ones, I'd buy them anyways because they are so great and a must-have!

Oh, and the parts at the ends of the two album rows are a little messy too. I didn't get around to getting cute bookends or anything to keep them up so there's just other random Beastfinite things holding them up xDDD

Sorry for the low-quality pictures by the way. I dropped my Galaxy S3 into the toilet two weeks ago (LOL T____T) and now I'm using my old S2 again. They both have 10.1mp for camera but I can totally tell the difference in the pictures once they are on the computer? The S2 doesn't focus as well as the S3 does. Hope you guys can cope with this quality picture for a while? If not, I'll whip out my 14.1mp digitial camera that I haven't used for a while?

Official Beast Rose Lightstick

So I've had quite a few blogs about this lightstick by now I think, like links on where to buy it and just general spazzing about it when it was first announced, maybe another one when it was first seen? LOL I'm not sure. I'm not sure if I blogged a quick picture when I first got it either, or if I just tweeted it. But here is finally a blog about it. And I probably won't tell you anything that you don't already know.

This lightstick is pretty freaking beautiful, I don't know how many of you guys have watched Beauty and the Beast, but in the movie, the rose keeps the prince as a Beast. And only after he finds love does he go back to his human form. So I guess in the movie, the rose is bad LOL seeing as it was a curse and all xD But with these lightsticks, we can keep Beast as Beast, right? Because our rose lightsticks will never die out. Maybe I'm just thinking too much into the lightsticks LOL but I really do love the idea of them being a rose.

The lightstick itself is pretty big, I guess they might be the same as the Big Bang crown ones, but I'm not sure since I've never seen one in person. But the rose is pretty big. The battery case-thing is pretty cool, it's metal and has the Beast logo engraved on it. Inside, you can see that there is a barrel kind of thing for three AAA batteries, I think I put these batteries in myself. I don't think it comes with batteries. The bottom of the battery case-thing has a button, so when it's all put together in the rose, the button is at the bottom of the lightstick to turn on the light.

You have three settings for the light, the first one is just like a normal torch, the second is a rapidly flashing light, and the third is a slower more moderate flashing light. Each time you press the button, it turns on the light on, then off, then onto the next setting, then off, then onto the next setting, then off again, and it goes in a loop in this order.

This is from the Beautiful Show merchandise but I'm pretty sure you can still use this whenever you attend an event where Beast performs to show your support LOL. K-B2UTY used these lightsticks during Beautiful Night promotions and it was just really beautiful seeing the grey ocean.

I'm pretty sure you can still buy these anywhere online, the online CUBE store would definitely still have them. I'm sure you can search eBay to find them as well. For Australians, I'm pretty sure Media Asia still has them in stock too. I really recommend this lightstick to any B2UTY and think that every B2UTY needs one.

Beautiful Show Cape

Okay so I've had this cape for a long while. There are a few things I wanna say about it.

So first off, it's not even a cape, so the name was misleading when I bought it. It's more like a poncho with a hoodie on it. And it's made of like a fluffy material that you wouldn't wear out much. I mean I would, but most people wouldn't xD

It's comfortable for sleeping, definitely. And since it's like a poncho, it was pretty big so on cold nights I just wore it above all my jumpers and whatnot at night.

These days, I leave it in the car since it's still cold at 6am when I leave the house for uni, so I just have it over my lap while I drive, like a blanket.

There's two pockets at the front, they're pretty big, can hold pretty much anything LOL. And the sleeves are just attached by a stitching, they aren't actual sleeves really. Like it's just one big poncho thing with the ends sewn together so you arms can go through.

Now, if you can see from my first picture up the top, the logo actually won't last long. I've had this poncho since like March, and I don't know if what I do with it counts as over-using it, but the logo is pretty damaged now. But I guess that's to be expected when the material is furry and the logo is just like stuck on.

I wish I could remember how much it was, but I personally don't really recommend it to people. I mean it's pretty useful, but nothing you can't go without? :S

Beast 3rd Anniversary Ring

Okay so I couldn't wait to blog about this. This ring is just so beautiful.

I took a picture of the item at Media Asia because Michael wanted me to open it there. I'll explain later into the post. The picture was taken with shrink wrap still in it. But the rest of the pictures were taken at home as per usual. Please note that these pictures aren't the unboxing ones, I had already worn the ring and stuff so I just placed it back for pictures. So yours may look different when you open it.

So the packaging is just amazing, like, there's so much just for the ring. It's really great. It's inside a plastic case and then the box holding to ring is like a velvet material with the Beast logo stuck on the top. And "DEDUT 3TH ANNIVERSARY" on it LMAO, yeah, all the typos. There is also another small box outside the velvet box that holds the metal plate with the members' autographs, pretty cool. The ring is held up by the sponge material that you usually see in necklace cases and whatnot. And a chain attached, so you can either wear it on your finger or as a necklace if it won't fit.

The ring is actually made up of two separate rings that are joint. The two pieces can actually come apart. So although the ring fits on some of my fingers, I don't want to wear it on my finger in case one of them comes flying off without me realising. So I'll just wear it as a necklace.

Now, some of the rings are actually made very dodgy. They aren't completely smooth. It's hard to explain, but that was why Michael wanted me to open it before I left the store. I didn't take a picture of the dodgy one though, but luckily mine was perfect when I opened it. It's fate, because I'm a B2UTY, it had to be perfect xDD

Yeah, I honestly can't tell you how much the ring cost, because if you checked my previous blog post, I bought a whole heap of stuff that day with the ring so I don't know how much each individual thing cost. I just got the total discounted by Michael.

I really recommend this ring though, it's just really amazing. And if you're a B2UTY, it is totally a must-have item. It's just so beautiful, like I love this ring so much. I hope it doesn't rust. If it starts rusting, expect a blog post about it AHAHAH.

Post-exam celebration~

So I finally finished my exams! Celebrating the end of another year of uni~

I went by Media Asia to pick up a few things. Yes. A few things. LOL!

Michael has been saving me some of the stuff for a while because I haven't had time to stop by. The Beast Anniversary Ring was meant to arrive today, but it wasn't in stores yet when I went there after my exam so I went back before dinner TEEHEE. The ring is friggin' beautiful.

The Beast BodyArt DVD comes with a towel too but Michael forgot to give it to me, but I'll get it some time next week. It's alright, I still have a while before blogging about it.

Hmm... Wondering if I should still blog things in chronological order?

There were actually some other things that I wanted to buy but my total was already beyond the limit I gave myself today so I put some stuff back and I'll buy them another day LMAO

Yoseob ring

So I don't actually know why I didn't post this up sooner, I made a post about it on my personal blog though LOL!

Basically, my treehuggers secretly got together and got my a birthday present for my birthday last year of Yoseob and Sunggyu stuffs :3

When I was going to Lian's on Christmas Eve gathering last year, I stopped by my PO Box and saw that I got a package. Assuming it was something I ordered online, I left it in the car without thinking about it.

After I dropped off my friends home after the event and was on my way home, I saw it on the passenger seat and it said Leng Yang and I was like, wtf? And I was thinking what the crap I bought under that name LOL and was thinking maybe it was from a tumblr store or via email or something like that. But I couldn't think of anything at all. Then I saw it said costume jellewery on it and was wondering when the crap did I buy jewellery LOL so I spent the rest of the ride home trying to figure out what it was.

When I got home, I opened it right away and I was like HOLY CRAP ;A; and it was a yellow box and a letter.

It was from Zoe, Adelia, Vicky and Raoul. OMG those idiots. It was a late birthday present. They got me a ring like one that Yoseob's worn, two pairs of earrings like Sunggyu's and a Sunggyu keychain ah~

At the time, I actually planned on buying the ring and one of the pairs of earrings, but I was being cheap and whatnot while saving up for my Korea trip so said I could buy them later. I didn't even tell anyone I wanted those things OMG T___T


Of course the present isn't much, and they wouldn't have chipped in much each, but still, it made me really happy when I got it, and I hate them so much for it LOL

Not gonna talk about the Sunggyu stuffs on this blog since this post is about the ring.

I wear the ring on the thumb because it's the only finger that it fits LOL, it doesn't even fit my left thumb. Am I the only retard whose fingers aren't the same on either hands?

But the good thing is that Yoseob also wears it on his right thumb derp ='D

Although I've been losing weight to the ring slides off easier these days and I've actually almost lost it a few times, just last week I spent 20 minutes looking around the path I took from the train station to my car trying to find it.

At first, I tried to not get it wet because I didn't know if it would rust or not, I took it off whenever I washed my hands and when I showered, etc. and often left it on the sink in the public toilets and would run back manically for it LOL but after what almost 4 months and it hasn't rusted and it's gotten wet quite a few times, I think it will be fine hahaha

I really do love the ring, I keep it in one of my ring boxes from Prouds jewellers when I'm not wearing it.

I'm thinking about getting a necklace chain and wearing it around my neck if my thumb continues to shrink because I don't want to lose it T~~~T

Forever hating my treehuggers for it, will wear it well for the longest time ever :3

Beast bracelet

Okay so this is a really old post. This is a bracelet that I got like almost two months ago from Media Asia. I was actually about to buy it online but then they ordered it shortly after I saw it so I decided to just wait for it and get it from them instead to save hassle of shipping and whatnot.

Anyways, unlike my Second Invasion necklace which I've worn since I got back from Korea, I stopped wearing this after about a week. Why?

Because it rusted.

Yeah, I'm a person who likes my jewellery but also very lazy with it. So when I wear it, I would wear it all the time. The only time I took this bracelet off was when I was showering or sleeping. It's not like I dumped it into water or anything to have it rust LOL I tried to have it avoid water as much as possible.

But it started rusting and I was like "wtf already?" and just stopped wearing it. So it just sits in my box with other random KPop merchandise.

I can't actually remember how much this cost, like $15 maybe? Something like that? A little less? I don't know, but yeah, I wouldn't recommend this bracelet to anyone.

But in saying that, Jeanny also has the bracelet and she still wears it and she says hers hasn't rusted? Mine hasn't rusted much, like the edges are rusting, it's not noticeable or anything. But if I had continued wearing it, then by now it would have completely rusted, without a doubt.

There's also a necklace of this, but I don't like necklaces where the pendant is like 5cm long LOL it looks weird. There are also other KPop groups.

Trying to update this blog bit by bit with the small things until Easter break where I will have time to finish my proper posts like Beast Airline DVD, Beautiful Show merchandise and Special Selection of Beast photobook. I have so many posts saved in Drafts for this blog, seriously, I just start typing lots of things without pictures and then I never finish and just save them for later. But by now, it's too late to post them even if I finished them (like encore concert merchandise) so I just gave up and will probably not end up posting it LOL but I will really try to post all the new stuff up this time!

PS. Would you guys be interested if I did a giveaway for the 2012 Season's Greetings pack? Or is it too late and you all have it by now and don't really care for it? If no one responds then I won't do it.

Sneak peek at Beautiful Show cape

Okay once again, sorry about not updating lately, uni has really been stressing me out and stuff!

This is just another picture of the Beautiful Show merchandise that I got, and haven't had the chance to post about yet T____T The Rose Light stick arrived too, I have everything except for the polaroids, which I seem to have forgotten to order with the rest so I ordered it and still waiting for it to arrive.

As you can see, the Beautiful Show cape is more like a poncho with a hoodie, and it has two pockets at the front that you can't see very well in the pictures above. Watch me wear it to uni one day as it gets colder LOL

Also, I hope that you guys have all heard Yoseob's collab with A Pink's Eunji! Loveday is a lovely song and their voices match so well, Eunji is my bias from A Pink btw hahaha my biases are perfect! To anyone entering the "Be My Partner" contest, good luck and hope you win the dinner with Yoseob/Eunji!! At times like these, I wish I could sing so I can at least enter AHAHAH oh I'm so jealous at whoever wins the dinner with Yoseob, even if it was dinner with Eunji, I would love to have dinner with her OTL

Lookie at what arrived~

Okay first off, I'm so sorry I stopped blogging again. I still have so many things that I haven't blogged about like all of Beast's Japanese albums (Shock, Bad Girl, SO BEAST) and the Welcome (BACK) to BEAST AIRLINE concert merchandises that I assume I will never get around to doing to be honest.

I also still haven't blogged about the Welcome to BEAST AIRLINE concert DVD yet, but I will hopefully get around to that soon. I also got a bracelet that I will be making a quick blog about soon.

But look what arrived today! Well it actually arrived at my friend's place ages ago, I just never went to get it from him LOL

It's the Beautiful Show merchandise, the light stick and cape aren't here because I ordered them from a different place and still waiting for them to arrive, or if they have, my other friend that it got sent to didn't tell me to pick them up LOL

I also ordered the 4minute slogan towel with all this but got the Hyuna one instead :S and since the package actually arrived a while ago and I just never went to my friend's place to pick it up, I'm not sure if I can exchange it x____x I guess there's no harm in having the Hyuna one, but I really wanted the 4minute one ><

Hopefully I'll be posting about these items soon! I started Uni this week and I already have lots of crap to study for, seobs I have a test in 2 weeks on the first 5 chapters of the textbook, holy crap. Last semester we did one chapter a week in class? T_____T

Beast deck of cards

Aish sorry for lack of updates again! ): I'm capped so I can only use internet during off-peak ><

I bought this ages ago, like in September when my friend Steph came up to Sydney for my birthday. It was when Morning Glory started getting lots of random KPop stock and I saw the deck of cards and needed it.

To be honest the price was a complete rip off but that didn't stop me LOL!

This is just your standard deck of cards, and with pictures of Beast that you probably already have saved on your computer and hence could just make yourself instead of spending like $18 or something on it.

I took a picture of the cards but didn't put much effort in it because it's just normal pictures, if there's one you see that you want a better look at or something just comment and I'll scan it for you ^^

 The first picture is of the back of the card so they all look like that.

I never use these cards and rarely take them out of the box. The material is like a slick cardboard so it's hard to use them properly because they tend to stick to each other more than you'd like =\ And they are pretty stiff but in a bad way?

Yeah I don't recommend anyone buy this, I already knew I'd regret it when I bought it LOL

The box had their autographs on the sides also, nothing really. LOL this must be the most useless Beast thing I've ever bought in all honesty xD Morning Glory sell their KPop crap for such expensive prices as well so I wouldn't recommend you go there for KPop.
